Our Cedlings training programme - is where we help and develop our people and young members of staff who want to progress their skills and catering knowledge. The programme we been developing over the last two years. 

We offer training & skills development covering areas such as: 

CCMS production and presentation standards, 
Customer interface skills, 
Motivational activity using these skills, 
NVQ modular training, 
IT skills,
Nutritional and dietary information training, 
Management skills,
Chefs Forum activity,
Marketing and merchandising, 

All staff must have Disclosure Scotland (PVG) prior to being interviewed and employed.
